Custom Cortina Magazine Shoot & Open Day
We’ve had a busy week this week, on Friday we had a visit from Chris Frosin who came by to photograph our custom chopped MK2 Cortina for an upcoming magazine feature. Then Saturday (as Modfest was postponed) we had a few people over to the workshop to see our chopped Cortina in the flesh.
Chris’s photography is insanely good so we were really excited that he was coming to shoot our first custom project. He took some photos on location then we hit the road to get some moving shots – now we need to wait impatiently for the feature to come out in a few months, so stay tuned for that. Here are a few pictures we took ourselves throughout the day…
We had planned to reveal our chopped MK2 Cortina at a show on Saturday, unfortunately it was postponed so we invited some folks over to our workshop to see the finished project for themselves. The feedback was extremely positive, the general consensus being that the car looks great in photographs but it looks epic in reality. We’re not going to argue with that, we love this car!
Here are some photos from the day and we’ve thrown in a few quotes from our visitors because they were too good not to share…
“IT LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING THE PUNISHER SHOULD DRIVE.” Stu
“JUST LOOK AT THAT GRILL, I WOULDN’T MIND BEING HIT BY THAT.” Adam
“THE CUSTOM WORK IS SUBTLE, BUT IT STILL SMASHES YOU IN THE FACE.” Mark – BlackTopMedia
